Time Lapse

I'm trying to create in Adobe Premiere Rush a time lapse with 240 photos. I selected all the photos in the timeline and the speed controls ar still gray, not increasing the speed. Can someone help me?

That's not really something Rush is designed to do. You'll need to move your project up to Premiere Pro or even Premiere Elements to have access to those types of functions.
