Timeline overlay for videos and photo stacking

You guys seriously cant do this on rush...multiple timelines to do video stacking or overlay..

I'm unsure about your comment. Are you asking about the availability of multiple tracks to combine audio and video sources? If so, there are four video tracks and three audio tracks available. See, https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/help/edit-timeline.html

If you are talking about nesting sequences, you can use Premiere Pro for that. I hope that info helps.

Polish, inshot and other apps are much better..
