Hello, I recently installed "Adobe Premiere Rush" and the playback Timeline always has a black screen, why does this happen? My cell phone is compatible with the app, but the audio is distorted and the screen is black.
Yes, the clips in the screenshot above were in 4k, however I tried to use HD clips (in the same format supported by the cell phone) and simply the audio is distorted and the Timeline remains black.
