Transfer Project or project file to external HDD

Hi guys, 
I have several projects in my Rush (desktop app and not sync to cloud), that contains lots of GB's on my internal HDD.
Is is possible to move Rush "project" to another location?
If not - is it possible to move the files project to external HDD and still be able to work on my Rush projects?
