I Have a query.

we take image ,video or audio clip and apply a transition.  when  we create a duplicate at that time the transition is not applied to duplicated clip.

Thanks for writing in. A duplicate feature only duplicates the media files. You need to apply the transition. If you like, you can add this feature request here: https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/916423-premiere-rush
