trying to sync videos

Hello support community team,

I've tried several times to export my videos but never succeeded. (tips are welcomed here)

So I upgraded to a paid plan to be able to sync the videos and then to attempt to export them from another, mightier PC.

When I click on the 3 dots on the left bottom corner of the videos, the turn sunc on options appears and upon clicking it a pop up opens that reads "Sync your projects and edit wherever you are, on any device" with the options to learn more, or go back. Upon selecting learn more, I am taken to https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-rush.html

What I am doing wrong here? How can I sync the videos?
