Unable to Add Graphics in Premiere Rush version 2.10 Ipad

This appears to be a common bug with the software.
IPAD OS 18.5

to reporduce:

1. Create new project

2. Add a video clip

3. Choose Graphics 

4. Tap Add Graphic

5 Tap title

6 tap add

7 be amazed as swirling circle appears and nothing happens
