Unable to add templates from adobe stock to premier rush.

Hi, i tried to add free video templates (.mogrt flie) from adobe stock to premier rush, but when i do so " We couldn't save this graphic to your library" message appears, how can i fix this?

    Hi Shubham5C6B!

    Really sorry for the trouble. Does it happen with a specific project or title? Can you try clearing your preferences? Hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while Rush is starting.
