Unable to delete a project

I have a project "stuck" in Premier Rush. I try to "Delete Everywhere" on my laptop but it's still there. I've tried uninstalling Rush and re-installing and it's still there. I've tried un-installing Rush and CC and re-installing, and it's still there. Ahhhh. Any suggestions on how I can get rid of this ghost project. I think it got created by a Sync that didn't work properly.
