Unable to export my video

  • I have been using the free trial and had no problems. When i subsceibed a few days ago, i could not export my videos.

Hi alax5CF1!

Sorry to see that. Would you mind trying the following steps?

  1. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network.
  2. Tap App data usage to see your top data-draining apps. Set the date range to see the past month or another time period.
  3. Under Background data, toggle the button to Off.
