Unable to import media to Premier Rush

Every time I try to import media, I get this message -

"Unsupported media type. 1 of 1 media could not be imported"

This has happened in the past couple of months, before this I was able to use the app fine.

Hi,

Try turning off spatial audio in camera settings. Then you should be able to import the media. I hope that works for you.

Thanks Kevin, that has worked! And I can add old videos which were recorded with spatial audio...strange!
