Unable to install Premiere Rush on Samsung A33 5G

Mobile downloads informs me I can't install Premiere Rush to my Samsung A33 5G (running Android 13). That doesn't seem right?

it's correct.  adobe incompatibility messages are generally precise.

I don't their criteria for testing devices, but Adobe has posted supported Android devices on their system requirements for Rush page. The Samsung A33 5G doesn't appears to be on the list:
