Unable to open premiere rush on ipad pro 2020

Hi, i have no projects in a while until recently. So i didn't open premiere rush since my last project. But i tried opening the app today and it just wont boot up. Tried uninstalling and installing. Tried updating ipad os. Can't get it to open.
