Unable to Open Project

I edited an entire video project yesterday on my iPad and now when I go to open it the app says 'unable to open project' but will open other older projects. I tried downloading the app on my phone and signing in and it does the same thing with my projects. Can someone help? I spent so long editing this -- 😞

Sorry to hear this is happening. Can you let me know the following:

1. What version of Rush do you have installed on your iPad?

2. Did you create the project in the current version or a previous version of Rush?

3. Was the project ever edited on a different device?

4. How many clips would you guess are in your project? 

5. Do you ever turn on or off project sync?
