Unable to purchase Rush mobile Premium

I pay for all apps through Adobe Creative Cloud but I created a video on Rush with premium features and am willing to pay extra for it but it won't give me the option. 
it says Apple couldn't fetch product price but what am I supposed to do to export my project?
