Unable to render on One Plus 7 Pro

I am trying to export a project that's 132 mb and it's not rendering at all when i export it. I have tried logging out and logging in , cleaning the cache and storage but no luck. Not sure what the issue is , but the export is unusable at the moment.

Its stuck at 0% since forever.
