Question

Unable to render successfully on iPad Pro M4

I'm using an iPad Pro 13-inch M4 with 1TB drive and 887 GB free and iPadOS 18.2.1.  App initially worked great, then kept getting this issue. Deleted app and re-edited same files and worked fine, so I started deleting the app after each edit. Now it shows the "Unable to render successfully after getting halfway through the render. Are there any fixes?

Thanks for any help!!

Hi @dale_0106,

Try switching off spatial audio and HDR video settings in your iPad camera settings. I hope that works.

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks for an answer and sorry I didn't mention that, but those steps had already been taken. I'm recording with an iPhone 16 at 4k at 30 fps. The only box turned on is Enhanced Stabilization.

Can you check on the storage of the iPad? You do need quite a bit of extra space to export longer projects, @dale_0106. I hope the advice helps. Otherwise, please contact us here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. When a live agent comes on the line, ask for the video queue. I hope we can help.

Thanks,
Kevin
