Unable to start a project

Hello,

I downloaded Premiere rush app on my iPhone. I wanted to make a new project and start editing, but when I choose videos I want to edit, I'm not able to create new project. It won't show me blue icon-create. It's still grey.

I tried to uninstall it and then install it again, but without any success.

Hi,

 

i have a same problem as author of this article. Using iphone15 and i am from czechia also. Any ideas how to fix this please? I paid for licence and can not use it! Thanks.

Can you give us more information about your mobile device and media? If you are on iPhone, try switching off spatial audio in camera settings and shoot a test clip. Does it import now? If you are on Android, try the same but shoot a clip in H.264, no HDR, and turn off any audio filtration. Ensure it is less than 4K and 30 or 24 fps. Let us know the results of your tests. I hope the advice helps.

thank you for your message. Problem is, that I wanted to edit a video from a vacation, so the videos are already in my photo gallery.
