unable to use Adobe Rush on iOS 17.2.1

I'm unable to use Adobe Rush on iOS 17.2.1. My iPhone 12 mini, which previously ran iOS 15 without any problems, now struggles to create even a short 10-second video due to frame detection and skipping issues.
