I am getting error unsupported media type while uploading photos to adobe rush from iPhone 15

    I'm having the same problem. Some pictures are fine. Others give the unsupported media type error. They're all photos from my phone that have been cropped. Phone properties say JPEG. I'm attaching screenshots. The first one (315) fails. The other one works.

    Hi there! Sorry about the error. What's the source of the media files that you're uploading? Can you share the details of the file (codec/ format, frame size)?
