Unsupported Samsung Movie files with RU

My video files are not recognized by the RU software application.   When I try to upload to create videos (mp4), I received an error message.   I lost the ability to create content for my business using my phone and the RU application.  Now, I have to download my files to my desktop and use Priemire Pro.

    Hello @Sandra37493597eoh6,

    Thanks for the message. Rush does not yet support some Samsung phones. Could that be the problem? See if your device is listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/system-requirements.html. You can also try shooting in H.264 format instead of HEVC. That could also help.

     

    If not, your newer Samsung device is probably the source of your issue. Sorry for the frustration.
