unwanted recoloring upon export

For some reason it makes my video extremely bright and pale, I'm not sure how to stop this from happening and have to consistently edit my my videos to get some semblance of the original color my video had before export.

this doesn't show while editing and is only revealed in the preview of downloading. Happens no matter what quality of download I choose.

Hey there, @Frida Paloma,

Thanks for the message. I have heard of this problem before. You might be shooting in HDR mode on your phone, but Rush won't support that format. The primary fix is to change the format you shoot in your camera settings to "most compatible." That should help.

For existing footage, some say that placing a title generator (and then deleting the text but allowing the generator to remain) over the footage "fixes" the color. I cannot guarantee that one, but it's worth a try. Sorry for the frustration.

I hope the advice helps.

Take Care,
Kevin
