updated problem- app

hello, i updated my memebership so i could downloaf 4k quality. the thing is the app is not giving me the option of 4k. I already made all the common trouble shoot for my phone and app and nothing, can someone help me.

Hello @Zongie33487722ab8q,

Thanks for the notes. Sounds like you had some trouble with importing 4K footage. Have you tried signing out of Creative Cloud, and then signing back in? Let us know if that works for you.

Hello! Thank you for you rapid response, yes, i have sing out, update, erase, and download everything few times. And the problem continue. I try to upload a 4k video to see if then the option appears and know it does,  but know its glishing and  know the app close wen i try to download the video
