Updated version will not load - 1.5.20

The app on my Win 10 laptop was just working fine this morning. I noticed an update message come in, then the next time I closed and reloaded I just see the spinning icon at the main Your Projects window. No projects are listed, and I cannot do anything.

I thought I had replied that I got it working by downloading the Adobe Cloud desktop app. For some reason I don't see my reply to my own post. But thanks.
