Upgraded to premium but can’t access extra tools/features?

Hi, 

I recently upgraded my account to premium. The subscription is showing as active on my apple subscriptions however the Premiere Rush app is not recognising that I've upgraded. I can't access any of the additional tools and when I click on 'upgrade', it shows a circle loading.  It has been like this for a while. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but I still have the same issue. 

I'm using an IPad. 

 

can anyone advise?
