Urgent help: Doubt on how to access previous files

I normally use Rush web version to edit quicker, I on and off go back de re-edit old files, I've been trying to localte files which I worked on this year and I'm getting the film icon as their preview and the cloud icon next to the name instead of the computer icon, meaning to me that they all synced somewhere, but can seam to find them. 

Have I lost my files?, if no, who could i recover them? it's more than a 100 files and multiple copies have been created but I can´t seem to acces any of them. Please help 😞
