URGENT: Rush crashes

  • I'm an editor and I'm using Adobe rush for editing on my iPhone 13. When I edit videos in 4K (which for this client I have to) the app crashes every now and then and also freezes a lot. My iPhone is about 6months old I made sure that rush was the only app running. Please help I'm running late on my schedule because of this

    I read about your problem. Have you updated Rush or iOS? Try those things and report back. If you have tried those things, let us know, and we can troubleshoot from there. Sorry for the frustration.
