Use of templates, elements etc for Premiere in Rush

I'm new to the video area and I'm testing Rush for 30 days.
I saw at Envato that there is a lot of free material that I could use during the test: love-thirds, elements, video templates, opener etc.
Can I use this Adobe Premiero material in Adobe Rush?

If so, could someone give me some tips?
