Users who are paying for your products have been complaining about the Adobe Rush app on mobile for several years. App crashes consistently every time when trying to export the project. And you still haven't acknowledged or addressed the issue. This is ridiculous. We need a fix for it ASAP.

Sorry about the trouble. Could you share more info about what's happening? Are you seeing any error codes or messages when the crashes? Which device are you using for Premiere Rush?

There have been several reports of this since 2019 and earlier, one of which you had responded to and disappeared but no resolution has been provided. There are no error codes and messages; it just crashes after a certain percentage of export. I captured some logs sometime back, if it helps, I have attached. Someone responded in one forum that it could be coz of some mobile devices taking videos with variable frame rates and therefore users must use some other app to convert those videos first. You are Adobe, you must handle these cases in your app itself if conversion is needed
