Using a lot of phone storage with not much content on the app

Premier rush is using half of my iPhone 11's storage but only has 1 seven minute video edited in the app, I've deleted all previous videos that I've edited after I posted them, why would it be using so much storage? In settings it says the app size is 422mb but it says that in media it has 53gb! And I am not using the cloud
