Using iPad my app keeps crashing on launch

My iPad rush app keeps crashing on launch and won't allow me to access my videos. I have the cloud and I don't know why they didn't save to the cloud but none of my videos were saved and now I can't access the app at all . Is there anything I can do to save them pls help I spent WEEKS on these videos!! I'm so annoyed and upset it's not a storage issue or an update issue everything is up to date and I have a terabyte of storage open sooooo
