Your app is not working properly. I synchronized the video does not export. There is also no option to add text. I pay so much money, I can't get the price.

I read your issue. Can you give the community more info about your system and media? I hope we can help with your exporting issue.
It is true, you have to customize a template for text. Try searching for "Basic Title" and you can easily customize a title to your liking. That's what I do.
