Video and sound do not sync

I have encountered issues with video cropping (shot on in iPhone 15 Pro, ios 17.3, shorten / edited in Apple Photos App).

1. The imported video frames starts at incorrect frames (vs the ones in iPhone).

2. Sound appears to be out od sync with video.

The issues is quite common- happened several times to my videos already. This makes editing precise transition between videos shorts very difficult and unable to look seemless.

Also the out of sync sound makes the video completely useless.
