Video clips won’t load into project

Hello, im using version 2.1 Mobile iOS

when I try to add video clips into a project they never load. It stays at the preparing media status bar forever. 

I tried the next day with the same clips and it loaded fine. But now it hasn't worked since then.

Any ideas what's going on or how to fix this issues?
