Video does not upload to cloud

I created a project on my phone, and due to a bad internet connection, it didn't upload a few sequences. Back on the desktop, I reconnected those videos with find and connect.

Premiere Rush doesn't upload those videos to CC. So I can't edit the project on my phone.

How do I have to connect a video in a way that it uploads to the cloud?
