Video footage preview not coming up

When I try go to edit a video, it was working earlier, but then the footage in the middle isnt playing and not showing up at all. Is there any way I can fix this? See images attached. Thanks.

    Hi @Ethan2672883399wh, @alicias92353008, and @Moofrad,

    Thanks for the message and sorry for the issue. Typically, the problem is system related, usually GPU drivers are not up to date or you are not meeting system requirements. Can you try updating GPU drivers from NVIDIA or AMD? If you are on a mobile phone, you might try editing in HD instead of 4K. Please also check that you are exceeding system requirements.

    I'm having this issue too. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

    Same for me on PC with windows 11.
