video is fine on computer, but in Rush audio is out of sync and parts are missing, how can I fix it?

I have issues editing one video with Adobe-Rush: when I see the video on my computer it's fine, but when editing in Rush the audio sync is bad and as if parts are missing.
What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it ?
