Question

Video messed up after exporting.

I edited a couple videos before and everything went smooth but this time I added a couple of short videos, edited them and made a longer one. I also added a sound track and some transitions. After exporting it the whole video is messed up. The sound is ok, but the whole image is broken. I can only see a bit of the top part and the rest is just a bunch of colorful vertical lines. I tried downloading it in 1080p and also in 2k but it wont work either way. Also tried uploading it to yt directly from the program but it hasnt been uploaded.

Did anyone have this problem or knows how can I solve it?

There is a problem with the latest nvidia driver (551.61), I recommend you search the nvidia website for a previous driver and install it, I installed the one (551.23) which is from a month ago and it solved this problem

Hi @Sami6969,

Thanks for the info. Can you give us more information? Are you operating on a computer or mobile device? Can you give more info about that? Is the footage HEVC or H.264? Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hey there, @Sami6969,

I may have a solution for you. We are seeing this in Premiere Pro, as well. For now, we suggest you reinstall the previous driver. Specifically, install the Studio driver, version 551.23. You can find this via:

1. Nvidia.com

2. Select Drivers from the top menu bar.

3. Click the Beta and Older Drivers link.

4. From the "Recommended / Beta" popup menu, choose Studio Driver

5. Choose your Nvidia product, operating system, and language.

After clicking Search, download and install version 551.23.

Let the community know if this worked for you.

Thanks,
Kevin
