Video not being recognized in Rush

Question

Hi! I'm trying to edit a video on Premier Rush. Both me and my friends recorded our screens and she sent me her footage through Google Drive. I got her footage and inputed it into my videos folder. Now, in Premier Rush, that video isn't there. I see every other video, but that one. Is that any way to fix this? I would love to have her clips but can't if Rush doesn't even let me use it.

Hi there!This is strange. We can get this checked. Could you provide more information?What type of files are you using (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?Which device have you installed Rush on?Have you tried to copy files to another folder or desktop? Let us know.Thanks,Kartika
