Video plays great in preview mode, but once uploaded to YouTube, shows only still pictures

I don't know what the issue is.  I'm a complete NOOB and end-user.  I haven't had issues with uploading to YouTube until now.  The video plays fine in the preview mode, but once it's uploaded to YouTube, my video is only a still image.  The Premiere Rush stock animated transitions and music track play fine.

  • Which device are you using?
  • What type of footage are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
  • Could you share a link to the YouTube video so that we can see it?
