Video Speeding Up after saving

I have a video ready to export and post, but when I do export it or try to post it the video is speeding up certain secitons. I dont have any speed up or slow down speed adjusted on any clips, but when tyring to export it keeps doing it. I have some audio and some music and transitions and text overlays but nothing that should cause this. 

Help, any ideas!
