Videoformat wird nicht unterstützt

Wieso kann ich meine iPhone Videos nicht mehr laden? Es heißt immer" das Format wird nicht unterstützt". iPhone 16 Pro Max mit aktuellen iOS

    Hi @Bax!mann,

    Welcome! Try changing the iOS camera settings with "spatial audio" switched off. Does it work now? Let us know. Sorry for the hassle.

    Sorry to hear that. Could you navigate to Settings > Camera > Record Sound and changes the format to Stereo or Mono?
