Videos Disappeared

My videos inside my projects have disappeared. I still have images and audio. I have logged out and logged back in with no luck. How do I fix this?

Are you using OneDrive, iCloud, or any other backup apps with your media files? Let us know.

Hello Kevin,

I appreciate your help, because I need it. Below is a screenshot of what I
see in one of my video projects. Every video I have with Adobe Rush has
disappeared. I don't use any backup service that you mention. I need to
resolve this soon and I appreciate your help.

I'm sorry about that. Which device are you using? What source of media files are you are using? Are there any error codes or messages?

Greetings KR,

I'm using my HP laptop and I don't see any error messages except the red
portion of the screen with exclamation points. A screenshot is below. I
have been using Rush for a couple years now and I create a video by
choosing files from my laptop hard drive. But the project compilation is
saved by Adobe until complete.Then I upload it to You Tube and that
procedure has worked well until now....
