Videos have glitch effect

I have an Acer Swift 3 and when I am trying to upload videos they are corrupted and show a glitched looking effect throughout the video. I have tried converting the files to MP4 and HEVC and they still are doing it. I even tried using the free videos to see if they were corrupted aswell and they were. I also tried redownloading the app and it didnt help.

Sorry to hear that.  What's the source of the media files that you're editing? Could you share the screenshot of the glitches? Also, can you check if there's an update available for your GPU?
