Videos in Premiere Rush won't finish rendering

Whenever I attempt to export a video early in the render the progress bar just stops. I've tried this multiple times and every time the outcome is the same. I have tried restarting my computer, signing out of iCloud, and changing the export settings but every time the bar never loads past the halfway mark. Then, why I try to cancel the render Rush stops responding and I have to close out the app. I've been trying to figure this out for hours and still have no clue how I can fix this.

I finally figured it out. Honestly, I don't know what any of this means but I did a lot of googling and after following the instructions on this page I got it to work.

I have the same problem I purchased a 3000 Dolar computer and I've tried everything, the guys at customer services went in my computer and couldn't fix it either. So frustrating.

Hi @Fabiola Fasano,

Thanks for the message. Please make sure you are running the latest studio driver for your GPU. You can download that from the NVIDIA or AMD websites.

 

Your issue might also be related to your media. Can you try launching Preferences/Settings and disabling the "Enable hardware acceleration encoding and decoding (requires restart)" setting? Let us know if that helps.

Are you using Premiere Rush? Which device are you using it on? Please share the system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version). Do you see any error message?

Yes, I'm using premiere rush on my laptop. I get no error message it simply doesn't continue to render even when there are less than five minutes remaining. I've tried leaving it for hours and still no progress is made.
