Videos longer than 8 minutes won’t appear in projects

Whenever I add a video that's longer than 8 minutes to a project, Rush does the "Preparing media" thing, but then the project is blank. I've tried adding the video again, restarting Rush, restarting my phone, deleting the project and creating a new one, and I'm still getting the same behavior every time.

I've had this happen with two different videos now--one is 8:20, the other is 9:42. Both are just videos I recorded on my iPhone, nothing complicated.

Anyone else having this issue?

Hi,

Could your media be in a different location now than it originally was? That could be the problem. Let me know.

Thank you for responding! No, I haven't changed the location of the media, or altered it in any way after recording it or after creating the project in Rush.

Nice of you to write in. Thanks for sharing your issues. I have never heard anyone else speak of an issue like this. That said, I do have some personal projects that look like this. Let me see what's going on there.
