videos turn green and purple

My videos are turning green and purple when I import them to Rush. I looked at comments for Premier Pro and Rush doesn't seem to have the file>General Settings>Rendering Mercury GPU. Where do I find "General Settings" in Rush? Or is there some other way I can fix this problem?
