What happens to my downloaded video content after unsubscribing from Rush? Can I still use it?

If I use premiere rush for creating some video content. Download what I made. Will I be able to use it even if I cancel my subscription? 

As in .... I made some content on premier rush a couple years ago and it is still there but it won't let me do anything with it (I assume because I don't have an active subscription to Premier Rush). But if I had downloaded it, would I be able to access it without an active subscription. 

And do you know if premiere rush requires a yearlong commitment like the photography plan, for example?
