What’s the best way to edit gigs of video video on desktop, phone, and iPad ?

I shoot video with about 7 cams Then I use all devices to edit the video depending on where I am at any given moment. Phone,desktop, and ipad. What's the most efficient way to go from my camera SD cards to  a place where I can edit on all these devices?
