when exporting a file on mac for rush my mac reboots

I have to export a few projects from rush mac and it gets too near the end and crashes my mac or rush crashes

This is still happening with a new video , can anyone help with this issue

  • What's the file size on the export?
  • For me: I make sure that exporting is ONLY local, and not to social media (upload separately)
  • Are there any stange pieces of footage in your sequence? Have you tried playing back the entire sequence on the timeline? A bad piece of media (or protected media) can halt the export process.  It shouldn't crash you out, but it might.
  • Have to ask: what's your drive space look like, hardware spec and all that.

 

Try exporting as a LOW resolution (picture size) with LOW quality values and see if it is something to do with your RAM (you might need more?)

hi ,

i have a macbook pro 

3.1 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7,

16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

 

i think that should be enough machine power. the timeline plays back perfectly. 

 

i  have lowered to 30 frames and the exported has worked.
